How to Avoid Meetings with Disorganized Clients

One of my pet peeves is spending too much time in unproductive meetings, especially at client sites.

You might think that is odd, especially if you bill by the hour – because you are getting paid just the same.

Why not align your bill rate with your social/political agenda?
